INTRODUCTION & WELCOME:

Rudy Lanza called the meeting to order at 09:00 and welcome all the Yacht Club members to “Chat for Success” meeting. Rudy asked yacht members to introduce themselves since there were new members in attendance

WEEKLY FEATURES:

                                �œ mid week party specials Wednesdays with Al Ruggiero 6:00 – 9:00

                                �œ Party Night Friday’s entertainment and dancing with Gene and Al

                                     starting at 6.

                                �œ Sunday Brunch 9:00 – 1:00; Grill Room Dinner 5:30-8:30; Sing-a-long

                                    with Gene 5:30-9:30

                                �œ Thursday theme nights

                                �œDinner served Wednesday – Sunday 5:30 -9:00

YACHT CLUB OVERVIEW:

Rudy reported attending an open house at Nautico Yacht Club. He stated the facilities are beautiful and they have offered dry dockage during storms for a price. Rudy attended the open house with Commodore Ron Salamone & Libby Salamone, Leah Brydges membership marketing Director and Caterinng Director Donna Monoco

DOCKMASTER REPORT: Dock Master Tom D’Angelo

Dockmaster Tom reported on the following:

�œ A retaining wall on the beach with seawall sheets and coping. Estimates are around $100,000

�œ The two new lifts are completed and occupied

�œ The need to check chafing gear for replacement

�œ New piling and finger piers are almost completed

�œ The need for host boats for the Cruise for Hunger. Sign up with Dave Hancock

HWH Electronic put on a power point presentation on boat electronice from GPS, fish finder and all the most up to date electronics and the need to upgrade and inspect.
